Prototype 2

The decision to leave Alex Mercer and direct their attention toward a new character, while not leading to blatant distortions, however, will have some impact in the game mechanics. James Heller is in fact a carrier of a mutation of the Blacklight Virus and precisely for this reason, all the powers that we have known in Prototype will be accompanied by some interesting newcomers. Therefore, besides being able to run up vertical surfaces, fly for short distances and tentacles radiate from his limbs, Heller will have extra moves that transform armored vehicles, helicopters and cars, in piles of scrap metal and end in an instant the existence of soldiers , infected creatures or simple human beings. There are two innovations that we experienced during the presentation, and in both cases these are moves that instantly dart to the top of the rankings of the most violent attacks in the game. The first novelty is the possibility of creating a real biological bomb by injecting the virus into the body of an unsuspecting enemy.
